Warranty and Returns
TEC Software warrants that (a) the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in
accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of sixty (60)
days from the date of receipt. At TEC Software's option, we will either (a)
return of the price paid, or (b) repair or replace the product that does not
meet this Limited Warranty and which is returned to TEC Software with a copy of
your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the software has
resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement software will
be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30)
days, whichever is longer.
Other than the above warranty, TEC Software's return policy is limited to
replacement of defective diskettes and materials, or repair of the software. As
with most software companies, TEC Software offers no form of a "money-back
guarantee." Some of our software can be downloaded and used immediately after
online purchase. If you are
unsure of the software, please download and try our fully functional evaluation
software in your own environment. We will be happy to answer any questions.
